Fair Pay

We value providing artists with substantial gains for their talent. Beyond commission fees, we offer artists a cut from sales in perpetuity.

Profit is shared amongst employees; When the business thrives, so should our employees

Environmental Responsibility

Sustainability is a concern for us at every stage of the process. We've made progress by switching certain shipping supplies to paper based, and continue to explore ways to reduce use of plastics in house.

Humans First Pledge

We are against using AI for art, and we also do not use AI for advertising, web development, etc. We value the skills people have trained for years and prefer to invest in people.
